Refund policy

In order to cancel you rental, please contact us by email at info@ackeventsandrentalservices.com or give us a call at 774-325-2582. Rentals may be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the pick up time without any fees. For last minute cancellations made within 3 hours of the pick up time, ACK Rentals reserves the right to charge 30% of the rental value on the renter's credit card.
