Cancellation Policy
Rentals may be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the pick up time without any fees. For last minute cancellations made within 3 hours of the pick up time, ACK Rentals reserves the right to charge 30% of the rental value on the renter's credit card.

Terms and Conditions
By placing this order the renter has read and agrees to all the following conditions of ACK Rentals rental agreement and as such this constitutes a binding agreement of this contract. If you do not accept our terms, the rental equipment order will not be fulfilled. Renter is fully responsible for reading and following special instructions or manufacturers instructions that accompany rental items provided by ACK Rental. Renter is fully responsible for misuse of equipment and in the event of an accident, injury or death releases ACK Rental from any and all claims arising. Under no circumstances will ACK Rentals be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss, including death, arising from the use of any rented equipment or the failure of the equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer.
Charges will be determined based on the length of time the rental items are in the client renters possession. Length of time is based on the contract dates listed on your booking confirmation. Book confirmation is received once payment is processed. Any changes to the rental period must be provided by written agreement, if you the renter, fail to return rented items on the agreed upon date and time, ACK Rentals reserves the right to charge your credit Card for the additional time the rented gear was in your possession. If ACK Rentals encounters difficulties in collecting its rented equipment, ACK Rentals will repossess the equipment without notice to the renter and renter releases ACK Rentals from any claims arising from such repossession. If repossession is not possible. ACK rental reserves the right to charge renter on their credit card the full rental value of the rental items in addition to other charges incurred for the rental period.
Renter agrees not to disassemble any rented equipment, For safety purposes, NO disassembling or modifying any of ACK Rentals equipment Any marker crayon/ink displayed on the rental equipment at the time of pick-up, will be subjected to a $100.00 fee paid by the renter.
As permitted given the extent of the law, the Renter will be responsible for risk of theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the Equipment from any and every cause. If while in the Renter's possession the Equipment becomes damaged,the Renter agrees to pay for any and all costs of repair, up to the current value of the Equipment. If while in the Renter's possession, the Equipment becomes lost, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner its current value.
Concierge Services Policy
At ACK Concierge & Rental Services, we are committed to providing a seamless, elevated, and personalized experience. The following policies outline the terms of our concierge services.
1. Services Overview
Our concierge services include, but are not limited to: personalized planning, reservations, itinerary curation, vendor coordination, and on-demand service requests. All services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
2. Service Requests & Inquiries
All concierge services begin with an inquiry. Once your request is received, we will provide a customized proposal based on your needs. Services are confirmed only upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any required deposits.
3. Fees & Payments
Concierge services may be billed as flat-rate packages, hourly services, or custom pricing depending on the scope of work. Full or partial payment may be required prior to service confirmation. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Third-Party Vendors
ACK Concierge & Rental Services may coordinate services with third-party vendors (including but not limited to transportation, dining, excursions, and wellness services). While we carefully select trusted partners, we are not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of third-party providers.
5. Cancellations & Changes
We understand plans may change. Any cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the request, as well as third-party vendor policies.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including dates, preferences, and any special requirements. Delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of ACK Concierge & Rental Services.
7. Liability
ACK Concierge & Rental Services acts as a coordinator and facilitator of services. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or delays incurred during services provided by third-party vendors or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Privacy
All client information is handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Personal details are used solely for the purpose of providing concierge services and will not be shared without consent, except as required to fulfill service requests.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with ACK Concierge & Rental Services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
