Labor Day may signal the unofficial end of summer, but Nantucket is far from finished.

Wednesday, September 2: Elin Hilderbrand has a scheduled book signing—an especially fitting Nantucket experience for fans of her island-set novels.
Thursday, September 3: The Muse Summer Series welcomes Futurebirds, while the Maria Mitchell Association has its Feeding Frenzy at the MMA Aquarium.
Saturday, September 5: Stop by the Sustainable Nantucket Farmers & Artisans Market or explore more of the island during the Nantucket Conservation Foundation’s Wellness Series Guided Bike Tour. Families can also stop at the Nantucket Atheneum’s Weezie Library for its children’s Grab & Go craft activity while supplies last.
Sunday, September 6: The Muse Summer Series continues with Better Than Ezra, and Dreamland’s Big Screen Bucket List features 1917.
Monday, September 7: Labor Day officially closes out the holiday weekend. Visitors should keep in mind that some organizations—including the Nantucket Atheneum—will be closed for the holiday.
